1. PLEASE read the entire card before booking a slot or dming us !!
2. we accept and do all sorts of claims ; internal trading, google form, reply, dms etc…
3. we will only accept your booking request once you’re able to provide us the exact date and time of your desired claim. strictly no booking ahead without those information as we follow first come first serve based on slot availability.

Pricing & charges

1. Rates for our service are as below ;
> rm3 / successful claim
> rm2 / if unsuccessful but you’ve booked more than 1 claim service
> rm5 / internal tradings
> rm5-7 / concert ticket booking forms / cupsleeve events (depending on type of form)
2. Payment must be made within 12 hours ! Failure to do so will have its consequences of double charging.3. A Penalty of rm2 will be charged on any last minute cancellations. This is to avoid time wasters so please be aware of this before booking us.4. Strictly no negotiations. We aren’t doing this for free. Tips are also very much appreaciated.5. We accept payment methods through bank transfer and shopeepay only.

Extra info & admins

1. Please take note that not every single claim can be a successful one. Our admins will try our very best to guarantee satisfaction!2. Only ONE admin is running the account, so each time only one slot is available.
